Production lines

The Modifier E9 is an automatic machine for digging openings and recesses, for example for HVAC ducts and plumbing, into fresh hollow core slabs. The Modifier can recycle cut-off concrete back into slab production when paired with Extruder E9 or P7.

The Elematic multifunction wagon S5 is designed to tilt, vibrate and transport molds on a precast wall production line.

The multifunction wagon S5 has both compaction and tilting features. It is equipped with four wheels and is positioned under the table during casting. It uses four hydraulic cylinders for compaction. After curing, the multifunction wagon can tilt the table to remove the finished wall unit.

The Elematic pallet for reinforcements is designed to transfer reinforcement material (meshes, truss girders, rebar) and ready-made reinforcement assemblies from reinforcement machines to assembly stations and to/from the Wagon E9 on a half slab production line.
