Production lines

The Elematic Pallet transfer module for the Side shifter E9 is designed to transfer reinforcement pallets from and to a reinforcement transport wagon (Wagon E9) and from and to assembly station/reinforcement machines.

The Elematic pile caster P7 is designed to produce high-quality precast concrete piles for foundations. It enables parallel casting in eight molds.

The Elematic Plotter E9 is designed to mark the location of side forms, window and door openings and other inserts on the table surface in a precast wall production line.

The Plotter E9 transfers the product geometry and mold position directly from the Elematic Plant Control WallMES manufacturing execution system to the mold surface according to the production plan.
