PRODUCT ASSORTMENT

The basic side form for casting regular and simple beams and columns, is attached to the casting bed with support triangles (as option) and locked in place with wedges. The basic side form has chamber fillet in its bottom edge and the top edge can be chamfered by means of a magnetic fillet available as option. The mold includes basic side forms, connecting bars of the upper edge and their fastening lugs.

Heightening side form (only for basic side forms, not for middle side forms) for casting of higher products, attached on top of the basic side forms with bolts.

Middle side form (only for beams, not for columns) for splitting the casting bed for casting two separate elements in one bed, attached to the casting bed with magnets and supported by threaded bars into the basic side forms on both sides of the casting bed.

Blockout box for casting of L-beams and inverted T-beams of various heights, attached to the basic side forms by means of fasteners.

Corbel box for casting of column corbels with a maximum height of 300 mm, attached to the casting bed by means of support triangles and locked by means of taper pins. The shape of the corbel is formed case by case using plywood and wood, delivered by customer, and corbel box as a support construction.

OPERATION

The side forms should be stripped before removing the precast products and refurnishing the mold.

A casting bed for beams and columns or bed P7-1200f is required for utilizing the beam and column mold.
