It is the flagship of the best-in-the-industry extruders and sets a new benchmark for high-speed casting  – 2,7 meters per minute – with low production costs.

The Extruder P7 is an extrusion casting machine for producing hollow core concrete slabs 1200 mm wide in a variety of thicknesses. The machine utilizes shear compaction to control the concrete properties, which allows for optimal cement use in the concrete mix.

The Elematic floating machine E9 is designed to smoothen precast wall panels. It is suitable for all types of wall production lines.

The floating machine E9 is an easy to use, mechanized method for smoothing precast product surfaces. The machine features a rotating mechanism with a rotating steel disc or floating blades that level the surface of the panel.
