Elematic Preparer E9-1200p cleans the casting bed, pulls the prestressing strands and oils the bed surface in hollow-core slab production in precast concrete plants. The machine is equipped with features that not only help preparing beds for hollow-core casting fast but also reduce dust emission, minimize oil and fuel consumption and prolong the lifetime of the beds.
Thanks to its robust structure and powerful 4-wheel drive engine, Preparer E9-1200p 2019 can pull pre-stressing strands at a fast speed of 30 m/min. The machine can pull several strands simultaneously, remove large concrete residue with ease and also clean the gutter between the beds. Profitability is further enchanced by and impressive oiling speed of 30 m/min.
Beat the silica dust and provide better working conditions
Official regulations on silica dust emissions are getting stricter around the world. In precast production, reducing the level of dust is a common challenge. The dust reduction system with high vacuum power in Preparer E9 helps beat this challenge. While preparing the casting bed, the system sucks the air from inside the brush cover. This new feature prevents dust particules from returning to the air and reduces the dust level around the machine. Large long-lasting and easily replaceable filter helps maintenance.
Improve cleaning results
Preparer E9 is a robust, heavy machine. Massive weight combined with 4WD provides high traction and cleaning power. The machine has a large brush made of long-lasting material. Thanks to the smart design, the brush cleans efficiently without wearing the bed as it does not push solid particles on the bed.
Lower consumption of fuel and mold oil
The diesel engine of Preparer E9 uses less fule because of LPG (RPM) is controlled by ECU. The machine is available also as electric - it includes readiness for battery operation.
Emissions from mold oiling are minimized; oli is sprayed evenly under the cover. This gives good protection to the bed surface and helps remove casted slabs easily. The oil tank is also big, 60 liters.
