Caster P7

Elematic Caster P7 casting machines are available as half-portal or bridge-type, with sector gates or with a belt feeder.

They are well suited to casting horizontal molds, battery molds and special molds.

Caster P7-2500sg with sector gates

CASTER P7‐2500sg‐hp

Half‐portal type caster has an integrated sector gate feeder for fast dosing of large amounts of concrete. The sector gates are hydraulically operated and the casting bucket is equipped with a vibration motor.

This caster is suitable for casting different grades of concrete, starting from S1 to SCC. It is easy to operate using the remote controller. A semi-automatic version also available.

For horizontal casting (tables)

CASTER P7‐2900sg‐b

The bridge-type caster has sector gates for fast dosing of large amounts of concrete. The sector gates, and lifting and rotation of the casting bucket, are hydraulically operated. The casting bucket is equipped with a vibration motor.

CASTER P7‐2900b‐hp

The half‐portal caster has a belt feeder for an accurate and continuous flow of concrete. The thickness and width of the out‐flowing concrete mix can be adjusted. The regulation sheets are hydraulically operated, and the discharge belt is electrically driven. The casting bucket is equipped with a vibration motor.

BUILT-IN SAFETY

Like all Elematic machinery, safety features are built in. These casting machines meet all EC Machine Directive requirements. They are delivered with comprehensive operator, maintenance and safety manuals in the required language.
