Concrete fluidization takes place in the concrete hopper; therefore the concrete runs faster out of the hopper, and the final concrete consumption is easier to estimate.
Elematic Comcaster E9-2500 is equipped with many special features. It allows for lower water-cement ratios and can cast stiffer grades of concrete than conventional casting machines. It is effective and fast also with SCC. The machine's hopper is fitted with feeder equipment, which causes mechanical movement in the concrete. Surface finishing time is also reduced.
The dosing process is precisely controlled, which makes it easy to cast different layer heights and secure smooth finishing of the cast components. The right design of the casting bucket contributes to expanded casting area and improved concrete mix flow.
