The stacking frame P7 is used to lift the cast tables to the stack – this way the space needed for the curing of products is minimized.
From the casting and compaction station a table is lifted onto the curing stack by the stacking frame connected to the overhead crane. The lifting, moving, and turning of the hooks is controlled with the push buttons of the crane controller.
COMPOSITION
The structure of the stacking frame P7 is made of steel. The beam has four to six hydraulic lifting hooks according to the table size. The hooks are controlled with the controller of the crane. The stacking frame has four lifting eyes for the crane hooks.

The stacking frame P7-22 meets EC Machine Directive requirements and comes with thorough and clear operator, maintenance and safety manuals in the required language.
