Slipformer P7

The Elematic Slipformer P7 is a casting machine for the production of a variety of prestressed precast concrete products, including hollow core slabs and wall panels, solid floor slabs, ribbed slabs, and T and I beams.

The Elematic Slipformer P7 is an efficient and economical solution for a precast producer whose product range includes two or more hollow core slab thicknesses and several different types of prestressed products:

  • Hollow‐core slabs of 120‐400 mm
  • Hollow‐core wall panels of 120‐200 mm
  • T‐beams of 120‐250 mm
  • Solid slabs of 60‐200 mm

It can produce cross‐sections of up to 400 mm

Changing slab heights takes only about 2‐3 h and changing product types is even faster, taking less than 30 minutes.

The Slipformer P7 is based on combined shear and vibration compaction. The machine casts slabs in two layers and the slab voids are formed with mechanized molds that vibrate and move back and forth.

OPERATION

The Elematic Slipformer P7 is completely electrically driven and features a modern, safe and modular design. The machine has electronic 4-wheel drive with low energy consumption. A powerful top vibrating beam secures the bonding of the top strands in the slab.

The machine is equipped with a touch screen control panel where all adjustments are centralized. Casting parameters can be adjusted steplessly and they are stored in the system memory for each product type separately. Casting can be started using the best speed values without adjusting the time. The need for adjustments during casting is minimized; only the casting speed needs to be adjusted and the speed of all other functions is synchronized with that.

Advanced electronic controls allow precise, easy-to-control movements. The frequency converter motor drives enable a faster and wider range of adjustment.

BUILT-IN SAFETY

Like all Elematic machinery, safety features are built in. The Slipformer P7 has a flat exterior surface, an anti-slip system on the steps and easy access for changing parts.

The machine meets all EC Machine Directive requirements. It is delivered with comprehensive operator, maintenance and safety manuals in the required language.

CONSTRUCTION

The Slipformer P7 has a modular structure and consists of a feeding unit and a casting unit (an upper part and a lower part). The casting unit is product specific. The universal feeding unit features two concrete feeding silos.

When the product types are changed, the feeding unit is moved to operate with a different casting unit.

In addition, a suitable set of the following is chosen for each specific machine configuration:

  • a basic set of hollow core pipes and side plates for either 7 or 9 voids
  • vibrating shoes for vibrating stage I
  • front and rear plates for the feeding hopper
  • hollow core sleeves and dowel bars (according to the required slab heights)

Feeding module Slipformer P7-1200s      

For hollow core slabs, wall panels, solid slabs and T-beams. Casting width of 1.2 m or 2x 0,6m.

 

Feeding module Slipformer P7-2400s                     

For hollow core slabs, wall panels, solid slabs and T-beams. Casting width of 2.4 m or 2 x 1.2 m.

 

Slipformer casting unit P7-1200s-HC7/400           

For hollow core slabs with seven voids. Height (depth) from 200 to 400 mm depending on the selected exchange parts. Consists of two feeding and compacting stages. Casting width 1.2 m.

 

Slipformer casting unit P7-1200s-HC9/250   

For hollow core slabs with nine voids. Consists of two feeding and compacting stages. Casting width 1.2 m.

 

Slipformer casting unit P7-1200s-HS/100              

For solid slabs. Consists of two feeding and compacting stages. Casting width 1.2 m.

 

Slipformer casting unit P7-1200s-TB/120      

For T-beams. Consists of two feeding and compacting stages. Casting width 1.2 m
