The Elematic lifting beam P7 is designed to lift hollow core slabs and massive slabs from casting beds onto transport wagons in precast production.

The Lifting beam P7 has a lifting capacity of 2 x 40 kN (2 x 4 t). It has two lifting clamps that grip slabs mechanically, but which open electrically. The clamps can be moved and locked/unlocked using a radio remote control.

The beam is telescopic; the telescopic parts move electrically over a distance of 2 to 12 meters.

The Lifting beam P7 has two lifting points for fixing crane lifting hooks, as well as a middle fixing point (10 t) for general lifting, such as moving production machines.

Both clamps have bars for lifting longitudinal cut and waste pieces.

The Lifting beam P7 meets EC Machine Directive requirements and comes with thorough and clear operator, maintenance and safety manuals in the required language.

CONSTRUCTION

The Lifting beam P7 consists of a lifting beam with a telescopic structure and lifting clamps. A crane with two hoists with 4.0 meters between them is required for operation. Electric power feed is required from the crane.
