Lifting beam S5
The Elematic lifting beam S5 is designed to lift hollow core slabs from casting beds onto transport wagons in precast production.
The Lifting beam S5 has a lifting capacity of 2 x 40 kN (2 x 4 t) and the middle lifting point has a lifting capacity 1x 80 kN (1 x 8 t).

The Lifting beam is manually operated and features two lifting clamps that grip slabs mechanically.
The distance between the lifting clamps can be adjusted in steps of 1000 mm over a distance of distance of 2 to 11 meters.
The Lifting beam S5 is equipped with a one-point lifting hanger for a maximum load of 8 tons.
Narrow slabs (<1.2 m) and short waste pieces can be lifted with chains fixed between the clamps.
BUILT-IN SAFETY
The Lifting beam S5 meets EC Machine Directive requirements and comes with thorough and clear operator, maintenance and safety manuals in the required language.
CONSTRUCTION
The Lifting beam S5-8-12 consists of a frame beam and a pair of lifting clamps. An overhead crane with two loops (4.0 meters apart) and a minimum lifting capacity of 2 x 6 t is required for operation.
