Project Manager (02 Positions)

We are expanding our Structure Design Team. Are you passionate about the structural engineering and design? At Elematic India, we are looking for scaling up the Design Team providing efficient structural solutions for global projects.

Job Responsibility

  • Timely Delivery: Timely delivery of drawings
  • Quality Control: Delivery of error-free drawings and Tekla Models
  • Project Coordination (Internal and Client): Need to coordinate with the Design team, and engineering team as per the project requirements. Provide solutions to client queries, project development, any major concern regarding detailing, and meeting deadlines of the project.
  • Technical Support: Technical support to the client and marketing team as and when required
  • Resource Allocation: Allocating resources as per the project requirement.
  • Leadership: Need to build an efficient team with a positive spirit
  • Knowledge Enhancement: Preparing training material and conducting internal training as and when required.
  • Review of detailing.
  • Responsible for correct and sound quality output. Visit the construction site to review and confirm that work is progressing correctly as per the design plans.
  • Need to coordinate with the Design team and engineering team as per the project requirements.
  • Provide solutions to client queries, project development, and any major concerns regarding detailing. Meeting deadlines of the project.
  • Technical support to the client and marketing team as and when required. Allocating resources as per the project requirement.
  • Preparing training material and conducting internal training as and when required.

Required Skills :

  • Knowledge of concrete structures for buildings like residential/ commercial/ industrial.
  • Knowledge of Indian code for reinforcement and concrete details.
  • Knowledge of American and European codes would be an added advantage

Key competencies:

  • Advance AutoCAD
  • Revit Structures
  • Tekla Precast

Qualification :

  • Diploma/ BE Civil

Experience:

  • 7-12 years of experience in Precast/ RCC/ Steel
