The investment supports Kesen Construction’s plan to develop an integrated ecosystem for prefabricated construction, combining the turnkey delivery of industrial buildings, from design, to precast manufacturing, erection and building fit-out. Once completed, the facility is expected to produce 800,000 square meters of precast components annually and serve the growing construction market in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
