Elematic has acquired Vollert Anlagenbau GmbH’s precast concrete business forming a new company, Vollert Precast Solutions. This acquisition marks a significant milestone for the industry, bringing two industry pioneers together.
As part of the acquisition, a new unit, Vollert Precast Solutions, is formed, which will continue its operations in Germany as part of the Elematic Group.
Vollert Precast Solutions is the leading producer of precast concrete technology, especially automated circulation lines, double-wall technology, and railway sleeper production.
Vollert Precast Solutions’ new websites will be launched in January 2026.
