About the job:
In this role you will build, curate, and deliver a practical material bank that enables developers, investors, and construction companies to design and build with precast, from concept design through onsite assembly. The specialist combines structural engineering knowledge with training design and content production to create clear, reusable, standards aligned materials that accelerate precast adoption and reduce project risk.
Key responsibilities:
Material bank ownership
- Define the information architecture (topics, modules, levels) for the bank, covering the end-to-end precast journey: feasibility & concept design, structural and connection design, detailing/BIM, logistics, erection & QA, and handover.
- Establish versioning, tagging, and findability standards, coordinate translations where and if relevant.
- Maintain an editorial calendar and release cadence (e.g., monthly drops, quarterly bundles).
- Convert technical material into multiformat learning (articles, micromodules, fact sheets, slide decks, facilitator guides).
Technical content development (structural engineering)
- Create concise, practitioner ready design guides (e.g., typical precast frames, wall panels, slabs), connection details, and tolerances; include references to applicable codes and standards.
- Produce worked examples (loads, reinforcement, stability checks) and checklists for concept and structural design reviews together with partners and specialists.
Requirements:
- B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Structural Engineering (or closely related).
- Demonstrated knowledge of precast concrete design (components, connections, tolerances, erection).
- Ability to produce technically accurate documents and translate engineering into informative, easy to digest, teachable and engaging content.
- Familiarity with BIM/CAD (Revit, Tekla Structures) is an option and Office/SharePoint as well as WordPress a must.
- Strong written English: comfortable presenting to mixed technical/nontechnical audiences.
We offer you:
- Diverse and interesting international projects
- Extended occupational health services
- Epassi -benefit and active hobby activities
- Hybrid, global working model
