About the job:
In this role, you will help execute and scale marketing initiatives across various channels and markets, generate demand, build brand awareness, and drive customer engagement. Global Marketing Specialist will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including projects, services, and customer service and support, as well as local marketers, to ensure cohesive and effective marketing strategies to delight customers.
Key responsibilities:
- Support the development and own the execution of B2B-marketing initiatives (digital, email, social media, events, etc.).
- Analyze marketing and sales performance and generate reports to guide data-driven decisions; oversee customer data and marketing dashboards.
- Actively collect market research to identify trends, customer insights, and competitor strategies.
- Coordinate events and ensure we make a significant impact with the events we organize or participate in.
- Create and optimize content for websites, emails, social media, and other marketing channels; video capabilities are considered an advantage.
- Work with social media accounts and contribute to growth and engagement strategies.
- Work with marketing automation tool; familiarity with the Salesforce environment is preferred.
- Support SEO, SEM, and GEO initiatives to drive website traffic and conversions.
- Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, or freelancers as needed.
- Monitor and maintain brand consistency across all marketing initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a marketing role (digital marketing experience preferred).
- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Salesforce, or similar, Adobe-tools seen as an advantage
- Strong understanding of current digital marketing concepts, channels, and best practices, with an eagerness to test new possibilities and implement AI tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Finnish; proficiency in German and other languages is considered an advantage.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- A curiosity to learn new things and a desire to work with AI tools.
