Global Head of Contract Management

We are looking for a Global Head of Contract Management to drive global contract management excellence and support complex sales negotiations across the group.

The Global Head of Contract Management is responsible for leading and developing the company’s global contract management and negotiation support function. The role ensures that all commercial agreements across Elematic Group and Vollert Precast Solutions are structured, negotiated, and executed in a way that protects the company’s financial position, minimizes risk exposure, and supports profitable growth. The position plays a key role in enabling the global sales organization by providing hands-on support in complex negotiations, while also strengthening the company’s overall risk management and legal coordination capabilities.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead contract structuring and negotiations in major global sales cases
  • Act as a senior advisor to sales and management in complex commercial negotiations
  • Establish and develop Groupwide contract risk management and governance practices
  • Coordinate all legal matters and manage external legal counsel globally
  • Enable global sales success by strengthening contractual, commercial, and negotiation capabilities across regions

Your profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or related field; master’s preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in global sales cases with a focus on technology projects in a global B2B environment.
  • Strong commercial mindset combined with solid legal understanding
  • Structured and analytical approach to contract and business risk
  • Confident, pragmatic negotiator able to influence senior stakeholders
  • Able to simplify complex contractual topics for business teams
  • Improves contract quality, reduces risk exposure, and speeds up deal execution
  • Strengthens alignment between sales, finance, and delivery
  • Increases transparency of contractual risks at management level
  • Builds a scalable, value adding contract management capability across the Group
  • Fluent in English; written and spoken, other languages are seen as an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required to support global business and negotiations

The workplace is located in Akaa, Toijala, Finland, near the E12 road and the railway station. You can drive to our office in less than half an hour from both Tampere and Hämeenlinna.
