Key responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end management of technology projects across multiple geographies, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including executive leadership, product teams, and external partners, to define project requirements and deliverables.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of projects.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in project management and technology standards.
- Drive continuous improvement in project processes and methodologies.
- Facilitate communication across global teams, fostering collaboration and transparency.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to inform project strategies.
About you:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, or related field; master’s preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on technology projects in a global B2B environment.
- Proven track record of managing complex, large-scale projects across multiple regions.
- IPMA-C, or other relevant project management certifications preferred.
- Strong understanding of technology systems, experience in construction technologies is preferred
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Proficiency with project management related tools (e.g., Monday.com, BI book, Aton etc.).
- Fluent in English; written and spoken, Finnish and other languages are seen as an advantage.

The workplace is located in Akaa, Toijala, Finland, near the E12 road and the railway station. You can drive to our office in less than half an hour from both Tampere and Hämeenlinna.
