Senior BDE / Business Development Manager, India

Elematic is a leading provider of innovative precast concrete production technology, solutions, and services, helping clients improve efficiency and sustainability in the construction industry. We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Development Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Sales:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the company’s market presence.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competition, and customer needs.
  • Lead negotiations and close high-value deals with clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions for clients.

Marketing & Brand Promotion:

  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to create promotional materials, digital content, and event strategies.
  • Utilize social media, digital marketing, and other channels to drive engagement and customer acquisition.
  • Analyse marketing data and ROI to optimize future campaigns.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Act as a key point of contact for high-profile clients and business partners.
  • Address client queries, provide solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Manage long-term client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.

Team Collaboration & Reporting:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and operations.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and insights to management.
  • Train and mentor junior business development executives.

Candidate Requirements:

We are looking for B.tech ( Mechanical/ Civil) with 5 to 10 years of experience in sales, specifically in one or more of the following domains:

  • Alu-form / Mivan systems
  • PERI / Doka shuttering solutions
  • Precast technology or other construction-related trades

Locations:

  • Bangalore
  • Pune/ Mumbai
  • Kolkata
