Role Summary

Are you passionate about combining technical expertise with customer-focused sales? Join our Service Business team as a Sales Engineer, where you’ll play a key role in delivering value to our international customers through innovative service solutions.

In this position, you will be responsible for the sales of our extensive service portfolio, including spare and wear parts, service agreements and digital services, as well as managing online spare parts sales via eShop. Your tasks include regular and proactive engagement with customers, processing offers and orders, providing technical support, and ensuring smooth after-sales service.

You will actively promote services such as service agreements, digital services, and customized solutions, while identifying leads for cross-functional selling—including opportunities on the software sales. You’ll collaborate closely with other teams to ensure seamless customer experience.

This role comes with a defined sales budget and clear targets, including agreement signings and digital service sales. To succeed, you’ll need strong technical problem-solving skills, a proactive and sales-oriented mindset, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships. Regular customer meetings are part of your routine, so excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

The workplace is located in Akaa, Toijala, Finland, near the E12 road and the railway station. You can drive to our office in less than half an hour from both Tampere and Hämeenlinna.

  • experience in similar sales roles and global service business
  • technical education or knowledge relevant to the position
  • good oral and written skills in English, other language skills are an advantage
  • readiness to travel
