Mechanical Designer/Summer Job

About the job:

In this position, you will familiarize yourself with the design of precast concrete equipment and lines as part of the project team.  

We will familiarize you with the use of design software and work together with other designers in Elematic’s project deliveries. The design tasks are versatile, and the main tools are SOLIDWORKS and the Aton PDM system. 

About you :

  • good Finnish language skills, other language skills are an advantage
  • at least a third-year bachelor’s degree or mechanical engineering studies at a University of  Applied Sciences or a Technical University.
  • the position requires knowledge of the basics of SOLIDWORKS design. We also consider expertise in other design software to be an advantage.
  • knowledge of Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • good social skills and a desire to learn new things

More information about the position:

The position is full-time for the summer. The start and end dates can be flexibly agreed according to the wishes of the selected person, e.g. from mid-May to mid-August. The work is done at the office within the framework of flexible working hours.
