Recessor E9
The Elematic Recessor E9 is designed to make the recesses required for bathrooms, bathroom modules, sewer connections, recessed ends or other applications in precast hollow core slabs.

OPERATION
The Recessor E9 features a mechanical crusher to crush the upper flange of the slab. The machine is equipped with a hopper to dose concrete into the recesses it makes and vibrating beams to compact the area. There are two vibrator beams, which are split. This makes it possible to create the solid sections that are required around the recess in the hollow core slab.
An alternative to using a recessed slab is to use a thinner slab (e.g. a half-slab) and add concrete on site. The Recessor E9 makes it possible to use a full-size hollow core slab and to save concrete and labor, as well as curing time, on the construction site.
The Recessor E9 has support side plates to ensure the width of the fresh hollow core slab stays within the nominal measurements. It can make recesses that are the width of a slab (1.2 m) or approximately half of the slab.

The Recessor E9 meets all EC Machine Directive requirements. It is delivered with comprehensive operator, maintenance and safety manuals in the required language.
