Batching and Mixing
Concrete for the pile production is made in the batching and mixing plant. Normal gray or self-compacting concrete can be used.

Concrete Transportation
Concrete is transported from the batching and mixing plant to pile casting machine by a concrete transportation shuttle.

Mold Preparation
Pile mold line is designed and manufactured based on required dimensions of individual pile and total production capacity. Length of an individual pile can be adjusted with block-outs.

Reinforcing and Furnishing
Reinforcements are made either manually or automatically by robot welding machine. Before casting reinforcements are placed onto the mold.

Casting and Compaction
Casting machine moves along molds and doses concrete into the molds. Vibrators are used for compacting cast concrete. After casting lifting loops are placed manually into the piles.

Curing
After casting piles are cured in the molds overnight. To speed up the curing process, it is possible to add heating system to the foundation line. Heating is based on hot water circulation.
