Easy floor slab production with a low investment
Batching and Mixing
Concrete production is the core part of the precasting process. This is done by mixing cement, sand, and other aggregates with water and sometimes also with additives prior to molding. In SEMI Floor production line this is done by Batching and Mixing Plant S5-20.
Bed preparation in SEMI Floor production line is carried out manually.
Prestressing P7-300, single Stressing abutments are designed for holding strands of the floor slabs during prestressing. The maximum force the abutments can take is 300 tons. The single stressing device is used to stress each strand separately.
The casting machine is lifted onto the bed and filled with concrete. The concrete is transported to the hopper of the casting machine by the transportation and distribution systems. The casting in SEMI Floor production line is done by Extruder S5-1200e.
The concrete is covered with tarpaulin covers (provided by buyer) to prevent loss of moisture and to preserve optimal curing conditions. The curing is done naturally.
After curing, the saw is lifted onto the bed and products are cut to length automatically according to the production plan. The cutting in SEMI Floor production line is done by Saw S5-400.
Lifting Clamp S5- 4.0 , 2 pcs for lifting the cut hollow-core slabs Lifting clamps are used in pairs to lift the slabs from the bed by their side grooves. The clamps are fastened and released manually.
The Extruder S5 employs the original Elematic shear compaction technology that creates top quality end products and brings production costs down by minimizing the use of concrete. It is an extruder that features everything needed for efficient compaction with no superfluous extras, making it a budget-friendly choice. The Sawpreparer S5 is a unique innovation, a combination of three processes: sawing, cleaning and strand pulling.
Compared to a conventional separate saw and preparer system, the Sawpreparer S5 cuts the number of lifts in half. The machine is also incredibly convenient to use: its features include an advanced graphic user interface, a camera system for excellent situational awareness and improved safety, a 4WD for fast cleaning and strand pulling, and fully electronic operation, meaning decreased need for maintenance and higher reliability.
The Bed S5 adds even more practical features to the SEMI Floor line, including a high-quality even surface and a rigid steel structure, which guarantee the straightness and evenness of slabs.
As with all Elematic production lines, the SEMI Floor is also designed to generate the lowest possible operational costs and the best end products. All machinery in the production line meets the strict requirements of the EC Machinery Directive, and the Extruder is also a low-noise machine (< 85 dB). The line can be –and almost always is – custom-built to suit the particular needs of each specific factory.
