Service Engineer

Do you want to work in an international environment where you can use your skills in a broadly developing industry? You will become part of our Service team. Your task is to find functional solutions to the electrical, automation and mechanical problems of our international customers and to participate in the training and installation supervision tasks of the production lines we supply. You will also carry out audits of our customers’ factory processes and guide them service the machines under our service agreement framework. For these and other tasks, you will receive the necessary training.

You are interested in an international working environment and ready for extensive travel. You are able to work independently and have the desire and competence to solve technical problems. Success in this position requires good social skills and a sales mindset. The desire to learn new things is strong.

In addition, we expect

  • education in mechanical, electrical or automation engineering
  • good oral and written skills in Finnish and English, other languages considered as benefit
  • experience in similar positions that required excellent problem-solving skills
  • readiness to travel

The position is subject to the collective agreement for white-collar employees of Technology Industries of Finland.

You will be based in Akaa, Toijala in Finland, near the E12-road and the railway station, when not traveling at customer sites. You can drive to our office in less than half an hour from both Tampere and Hämeenlinna.
