June 12 - 14 , 2012 the Module 1, hollow-core slab,  of the famous Precast Academy  training takes place  in Tampere, Finland.

PROGRAM
Environmental and energy issues, again, are the leading topics of the morning of day 1 and a true plant investment case-story fills the afternoon.  In the end of the day the participant has received a good overview of building with precast, designing with hollow-core slab, raw materials, how to avoid quartz dust, etc. Excursions of day 2 lead to see manufacturing of hollow-core slabs and its use at construction site. A visit to a wall and façade factory is also included.The whole day 3 is filled with the highly appreciated hands-on workshops: Plant Investment, Hollow-core factory and production process, and Maintenance and service.
