Yet another success - The Precast Academy on hollow-core slabs completed with success
The 8th Precast Academy gathered participants from all over the world, e.g. from Australia, Philippines, China, Malaysia, Russia, Latvia and the Middle East. It was held 12 -14 June in Tampere, Finland with the theme Design, Manufacture and Use of Hollow-Core Slab. The program included lectures on building with precast, designing with hollow-core slab etc., construction site and hollow-core slab factory visits, as well as workshops. The three days of Precast Academy also gave the participants good opportunity for networking with people in their business.
