Pauli Beton, Belgium, celebrates the opening of the new slipformer line
Pauli Beton in Hoeselt, Belgium organized Open House –event on 10th June 2012 to celebrate its brand new slipformer-based hollow-core slab production line. Approximately 500 people visited the opening ceremony and were personally welcomed by the Pauli family. While admiring the new plant, the guests were served snacks and refreshments.
Pauli Beton is a family company which was founded 1988. The company produced non-prestressed concrete slabs and blocks. 2008 they decided to expand their production with a completely new production hall. After contemplating between extruder and slipformer, Pauli family finally decided to go with slipformer. The contract was signed in December 2010 and included concrete distribution system, casting beds, slipformer, hollow-core slab saw and other equipment essential for hollow-core slab manufacturing. Their standard product is 600-mm-wide hollow-core slab but they also have readiness to produce 1200-mm-wide slab. With Elematic machinery Pauli Beton is able to continue to work according to their motto: Building with quality is a guarantee with Pauli.
