Elematic Customer Service offers factory maintenance repair for used EL900-series nozzle modules. The module repair is carried out in the same workshop and by same skilled mechanics who are building new Elematic machines.To You, as our customer, this means the possibility to utilize  the best possible know how, and best estimation for repair and maintenance needed for the key production equipment.

Factory repair of  extruder EL900-series nozzle module 

The repair is divided into eight (8) sections: 

• Lower end of longitudinal movement
• Drive shaft and lateral movement
• Inspection of gearbox and adjustment
• Side plates assembly
• Leveling beam assembly
• Feeding screw's assembly and hollow core sleeves
• Inspection of strand guides
• Nozzle frame

 Each section has two levels of scope (minimum and additional) and all sections have fixed pricing. 

How to order factory repair for Nozzle module steps:

 Evaluating the extent of repairing work together with Elematic Customer Service expert.

• Elematic prepares a quotation for repairing work, incl. schedule
• Agreement for repair
• Deliver the cleaned nozzle module to Elematic factory Finland (if nozzle module is not cleaned, needed extra work will be invoiced)
• Elematic will inform on work progress and on need of unexpected repairing
• Elematic will send repaired nozzle to customer with factory adjustments
• Elematic will , on additional cost send an expert for start up of nozzle module (recommended, but not included in fixed price)
• Elematic will grant a 6 month warranty for repair
