Table P7
The Elematic table P7 is designed to operate as part of a circulation line during precast concrete production. It is intended for the manufacture of sandwich panels, solid panels, cladding panels and solid slabs.

The Elematic table P7 features a unique smooth, completely flat and long-lasting surface made of 8 mm straight-rolled steel sheet and a rigid steel structure manufactured to tight tolerances. The structure of the table guarantees high-quality surfaces and the correct dimensions of slabs and panels. The table P7 is equipped with four support legs to enable stacking for curing.
The surface plate is protected against corrosion for transportation and storage.
OPERATION
On the production line, the table P7 is moved either longitudinally on a roller track using friction wheels or a central transfer wagon, or crosswise using cross transfer beams.
BUILT-IN SAFETY
Like all Elematic machinery, safety features are built in. The table P7 is equipped with buffers at both ends to prevent collisions. It is delivered with comprehensive operator, maintenance and safety manuals in the required language.
