Automatic loop installing for safe precast hollow-core-slab lifting
Looper E9-1200l has been designed to make a hole in the unhardened hollow-core slab, install a lifting loop in the hole and compact the concrete around the loop reinforcing the strand. The machine travels along the rails next to the casting machine. The operations are controlled from the control platform by the operator, who also feeds the lifting loops to the machine. The loops are positioned manually with the aid of a laser pointer. The installation of the loops is done automatically.
Looper E9-1200l is equipped with an electronic motor drive. Part of the operations is pneumatic and operated by valves. The device is also equipped with an air compressor with a receiver and a water feeding unit.
The settings for different types of loop and slab can be saved in the memory of the device. The user interface is equipped with a multilingual touch screen.
Maximal dimensions of the slab are 1200 mm (width) and 360 mm (height). The technology used to install the loops is patented.
