The new control system is operated via a touch screen. Adjustment need during casting is minimized, The only needed adjustment is casting speed. Speeds of all other operations are synchronized with casting speed.
Best, proven speeds suitable for each product can be activated from the system´s memory, archive. Casting can always be started with the best speed values and no adjusting-, learning time typical for conventional slipformers is needed.
