CASTING BEDS
Casting beds for hollow core slab production and plank,"half slab" production.
Elematic casting beds, always made of steel, are available in standard widths of 1200 mm and 2400 mm.

ACCESSORIES
ELEMATIC FASTENING METHODTM - FaMe
The Elematic Fastening MethodTM is a complete solution for fixing side forms and accessories to steel molds in precast concrete production. This complete pre-designed system uses side forms of aluminium (and other metals) with accessories fixed by strong and reliable JAW magnets (or other types as needed). The easiest way to position side forms and other components is through the use of CAD controlled Elematic’s Laser Plotting System.
