WARNING: False e-mails in the name of our company and personnel

We have found out that some of our customers have been receiving e-mails claiming that Elematic has changed banking details and that an outstanding payment should be made by using a new account number. The e-mails have been sent in the name of our company and our personnel, and they look very much like something the persons could really have sent. However, this is not the case but these are fake messages. If Elematic changes any banking details or similar information, you will receive an official letter from our company.

We wish to hereby warn you about these messages and emphasize that ELEMATIC HAS NOT CHANGED BANKING DETAILS recently. We kindly ask you to pay attention to any such messages and their sender; usually the message comes from a gmail.com or other similar type of e-mail account whereas Elematic official e-mail accounts are @elematic.com, and @elematic-inc.com (USA).

Please do NOT make any payments to the accounts mentioned in the messages. Please also inform us in case you receive one of these messages.
