Elematic Group

Elematic is the leading supplier of precast concrete machinery and equipment worldwide since more than four decades.  Elematic's major owner is British Pamplona Capital Management. The management of the Elematic Group and French Consolis SAS own the rest of the share.

Over the years, Elematic has made acquisitions such as the valued Roth slipformer technology (1996), Rimera Oy, manufacturer of molds and beds (1999), Acotec partition wall technology (2001), and Roteco GmbH's business operations (2004). In November 2006, Elematic acquired X-TEC Oy Ltd, a worldwide supplier of hollow core slab machines. This merger enables Elematic to even better serve its customers, as the product range now includes two different extruder and slipformer technologies.

The Elematic of today is the only one-stop-supplier in the industry. The company provides precasters in more than 80 countries on 5 continents with products and services, everything from a single accessory or machine to an entire product line or a complete plant. Services include training of customer personnel, installation supervision, and naturally also extensive support services.

Elematic Group Structure

Elematic Oy Ab, an ISO 9001 certified company, with daughter companies in the USA (Elematic Inc), Germany (Elematic GmbH) and Russia (OOO Elematic),  regional sales office in France and a sales office and service center in Dubai, UAE representing the non-manufacturing part of the Group.

The manufacturing  part is formed of two companies Rimera and X-tec.

Rimera Oy,  and its daughter company Steelform Oy form a highly specialized precast mold manufacturing unit. Casting beds, railway sleeper molds, table molds  and many other mold for precast units of precision dimensioning are what Rimera is famous of.

X-Tec Oy  is a modern workshop manufacturing many of the key Elematic machines.

Market Areas

Elematic works globally having many long term partnerships in all continents. Lately the most vivid areas have been of the Middle East, the CIS, and  the Baltic Countries.To the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, and Bahrain alone, Elematic has delivered twenty complete factories.
