Elematic Oy Ab is a major employer in the field of the precast concrete technology. We call ourselves a projecting engineering company with own machinery manufacturing units for key equipment. Elematic Group employs people in Finland, USA, Dubai/UAE, Germany, France and Russia.

In Finland Elematic Group has head quarters and main offices in Toijala, a side office in Hollola and machinery production units in Valkeakoski, Riihimäki and Nastola. There are more than 200 of us all around the world. There are various tasks in the company: both experts of a specific sector, as well as persons adept in several sectors.  Mostly we are employing engineers with B.Sc /M.Sc. in construction, electrical, mechanical  or automation engineering,  economists and metal workers . What is the most important is that you have the right attitude and you are a team player!

We can offer interesting and challenging, international work requiring both communication and professional skills. There are career opportunities for instance in our sales department, in export services and logistics. From time to time we are searching for people to be sent as production- and  factory managers to our customers' factories world wide, especially to Asia and  Middle East.  At Elematic, each employee is offered the opportunity to develop and learn new, even more challenging, tasks.
